Daphne Fay Salmon, age 72, of Ocoee, Florida, peacefully passed away on May 17, 2026. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, to Dorothy Williams and Basil McFarlane, Daphne grew up with a deep passion for education and a love for playing netball. Her dedication to learning led her to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, which paved the way for a long and respected career as a Payroll Coordinator.

Beyond her professional achievements, Daphne was best known for her big heart and kind spirit. She was a truly peaceful soul who loved everyone she met and brought warmth to every room she entered.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Stedman; her four sons, Desmond, Damion, Rick, and Tristan; her 14 cherished grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and her two sisters, Jennifer and Debbie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Basil McFarlane and Dorothy Williams.

A celebration of Daphne’s life will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the North Orlando SDA Church in Orlando, Florida.
