Despina Kappos

Age 85 of Longwood, FL.; passed away January 7, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Anastasios Kappos; dearest mother of Kosta (Christina Mingos) Kappos, Mary (George) Girmis, & Peter Kappos; proud grandmother "YiaYia" of Demetrios Girmis, Athanasia Despina Papadopoulos, Anastasios Papadopoulos, Anastasios Girmis, Anastasios Kappos, & Maria Kappos; great grandmother of Hannah; sister of Demosthenis Dalkidis, predeceased by 4 brothers; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 12th, 12pm at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1217 Trinity Woods Lane, Maitland FL.; where a public visitation will be held beginning at 11am. Burial will take place immediately following in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Mrs. Kappos' name.
