Doreen McCarthy

Doreen McCarthy born June 1,1963 in Jamaica Queens, N.Y., to the late Louis and Barbara Russo, passed away at the age of 60 on May 16, 2024.

Doreen leaves behind a legacy of love. She is survived by her husband, Charles of almost 39 years,  her children: Stephanie (Daniel) and Melissa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hayley and Cameron; brother, Louis ( Jeily) and sister, Debbie (Danny); sister in-law, Nancy and Marianne;  brother in-law, Philip and by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Doreen loved being around family and cherished time spent with them. She loved going for walks, shopping, and exploring new places. She had a way of creating her own fun and was sure to make you laugh. If you ever met Doreen, chances are you have a Doreen story. She will be deeply missed.
