Dorothy Dyer

Dorothy "Dotty" Helen Dyer passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 76 in Winter Park, Florida. She was born on August 19, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York and resided in the Orlando area since the mid 1970's. Dotty will be remembered as a loving, devoted, and constant presence in the lives of her family and friends.

Dotty had a 30-year career at Disney, where she served as a dedicated Cast Member who created memorable experiences for others and was a valued member of the Disney community.

Dotty cherished her personal relationships above all. She leaves behind her sons, Paul Bauer and Kevin Bauer, who were a constant source of joy and pride in her life. Dotty was also a beloved sister to her brother, Bill Kruger. She adored her grandchildren, Vienna, Deangela, Aaron, Brianna, Riley, Haley, Laney, Braden, and Mackenzie Bauer, and her great-grandson, Damon Mejia and cherished the time spent with them.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor Dorothy Helen Dyer in the coming weeks to share memories with family and friends. As we remember Dotty's life and the impact she had on those around her, may we find solace in the cherished memories she leaves behind.
