She was born April 18, 1933 in Laurens, South Carolina, to the late Clarence & Mattie Smith. She is the beloved wife of the late Thartus Wright; dearest mother of Darlene (Greg) Gauthier, Linda (Dale) McCurley, Donna (Rafael) Marcano, & the late Barbara Westbrook; proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, & 2 great great-grandchildren.

The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday, March 5th from 1-2pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka FL.; where funeral services will be held beginning at 2pm. Mrs. Wright will be laid to rest with her husband in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL. The family ask that following the services, everyone meet at 1647 Rowe Ave., Gotha FL. 34734 to celebrate Mrs. Wright.
