Francisco Lopez

It is with grief and great sorrow to acknowledge the passing away of Francisco Lopez our beloved father, who will be missed. He was born on May 12,1942, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. His parents were Delores and Jose Lopez and Frankie was one of the seven siblings that moved from Puerto Rico to New York. His siblings were: Carmen, Luis, William, Efrain, Jose and David. He passed away October 13, 2023, at the age of 81. Fransico's passing begins a new life with him being in heaven with Jesus and the loved ones that went before him.

Francisco Lopez was also known as Frankie to many, and Papi to most. One of the happiest days for father was when he met his wife; Rosa Minerva which he cared, loved and thought about always. Mom loved him back always as well. They had three children Francisco (Junior), Joey and his daughter Minerva (Mama).

With limited schooling he achieved too much to list. He worked for himself most of his life buying and selling cars, managing a restaurant, owning a scrap metal business, and achieving his dream of owning a restaurant. Father did his very best to accomplish all that he wanted.

Our father will be remembered for his exceptional generosity and devotion to his family. He is at peace, he will be missed, remembered, and his memory will live on for years to come.
