Geraldine Rose Seal

Geraldine Rose Seal born January 27, 1939 in St. Louis, MO., to the late Joseph and Eva Poetz, passed away at the age of 85 on May 6, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 54 years, David Kerry Seal and brothers David and Gregory Poetz.

Geraldine leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to her children: Kerry (Kim) Seal, Gregory (Tina) Seal, Elizabeth Wise, and Amy (Jeff) Rolly. Geri is also survived by her grandchildren, Megan, Chelsea, Ashley, Sydney, Jake, Logan, Dylan, and Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Brooks, Zachary, Evelyn, Archer, Deacon, and Tucker; sister, Jo Ann (Mark) Haendel; sister in-law, Roseann Poetz; brother in-law, George (Joann) Seal, and by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Geraldine was a long time member of St. Charles Catholic parish. She dedicated over 35 years to providing exceptional care to patients at Orlando Health as a Vascular Ultrasound Technician. After retiring she enjoyed traveling with friends and family, spending time with her grandchildren and volunteering at Brothers Keeper, a local catholic charity.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd, 12pm at Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4001 Edgewater Dr., Orlando FL 32804. A gathering will be held in the Bishop Grady Hall immediately following the mass.
