Janet Jones

- age 82, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2021. She was born on February 1, 1939, in Cochranton, PA to James and Louise Pete. She graduated #2 in her class from Cochranton High School in 1957, and shortly after would be named Miss Crawford County. She attended Beauty School and eventually had her own Beauty Shop.
She met and married Dave Jones in Stoneboro, PA. They were married for over 50 years. She cared for his every need until his passing in 2018. Janet is survived by her brother, Theodore Pete; 2 sons and their spouses, Ted and Meghan Jones, Travis and Kate Jones; and 3 grandchildren, Caleb, Brendan, and Rylee Jones.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, 4pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka, FL.
