Jesus Angel Diaz

Jesus Angel Diaz, “Chino”, age 46 passed away Friday, June 16th, 2023. Jesus was born in the Bronx, New York in 1976 with complications at birth.  He survived many early surgeries, but his life was never destined for many years. Chino was later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, which he lived with till the day of his passing. Chino left behind his four brothers, Angel, Nelson, Nathan, Eliott and aunt Nilsa here in Florida. Jesus brought joy and peace to many people whom he encountered. Jesus’ greatest times were playing with his brothers, laughing with his aunt, or even taking long naps. Jesus’ faith was strong, he grew up learning gospel songs that glorified his maker. He often sang melodies that would bring instant joy to our hearts. These melodies will never be forgotten and will stay in our hearts forever. Chino fought through many complications, surgeries, seizures, and hospital visits. He was cared for by his mother early in his life but after her passing Chino was cared for by his aunt Nilsa. Jesus brought more to the world than most people realized, he was loved and cherished at every moment. We (the family) thank all of the caregivers from the bottom of our hearts who have sacrificed their time to provide care, comfort, love, companionship, and nourishment to Chino. Though expected to live only five years God had a different plan and a purpose for Jesus’ life. Even in his silence, Jesus was speaking. So we invite all Friday, June 23rd, to show your love and support. Services will be held for burial at Highland Funeral Home (3329 E Semoran Blvd Apopka, Fl 32703). Starting time is at 12 pm at; and the celebration of life ceremony at 2 pm at Remnant Christian Center in Apopka, Fl. Condolences may be sent to the family in person or by phone.
