KENNETH LAWRENCE BONIFER
- age 83, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from a massive heart attack. Born May 14, 1935 to Hubert & Louise Bonifer in St. Anthony, IN. He joined the Air Force in 1954 and was stationed in Orlando at Pine Castle Air force Base, where he met his wife of 62 years. After their marriage he was stationed in Homestead Air Force Base. They had 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren, & 10 great-granchildren.
He leaves behind his wife, Mary Grace; daughters Pamela Colebeck, & Patricia (Gary) Lee; grandchildren Matthew (Carrie) Smith, Heather Smith, Rebecca Holman, Gary (Darla) Lee Jr., Jennifer Lee, & Kenneth Lee; great-grandchilden Braxton & Brielle Smith, Aden Van Dusen, Eva & Isabella Alemestica, Hannah Lee, Autumn Holman, Mayson Gordon, Braxton & Areyna Lee.
The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday, November 20th from 12-2pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka FL.; where funeral services will be held immediately following. Mr. Bonifer will be laid to rest in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka FL.
