LEYLA BOURBEAU

- age 88 of Longwood, FL.; passed away April 6, 2022 at 5:40pm. She is the beloved wife of Peter King Bourbeau; loving mother of Adriana Bourbeau Melone, Peter John Bourbeau, & Christina "Tina" Bourbeau; proud grandmother of Marin Claire Melone, Aiden Michael Melone, Catherine Conner Bourbeau, Lillie Clare Bourbeau, Henry the Lab, Mabel the Doodle, Flicker the Giant Doodle, & Sweetpea the Mastiff Mix; sister of Emilio Kosuta.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 14th, 11am at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka FL. Leyla will be laid to rest immediately following in Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ( Donate, Orange County Animal Services (ocnetpets.com) in her memory.

Leyla loved animals, reading and was an amazing cook. She spent years doing tremendous amounts of volunteer work, helping others in need. She did this as though it was a paying job but it wasn't.
