Myra Thompson

Myra Thompson passed away Monday, July 22, 2019. She was born in Mandeville, Jamaica to the late Ralph and Merdina Thompson. She spent 30 years in the nursing profession before retiring to Apopka in 2005. She is survived by her only child Christopher Smart, granddaughter Shayla, grandson Shawn and siblings Maxwell, Dudley, Medley, Karlene, Juliet, Jeffeth, Lillian and Antima.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11am at Holy Spirit Church, 601 South Highland Avenue, Apopka, FL. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Garden. The family will receive friends Friday, August 9, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm, at Highland Funeral Home in Apopka.
