PATRICIA JOAN (BARRON) HEARN of Apopka, Florida, was lifted up to the eternal light of her LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST at the age of 88 on December 26, 2025.

Patricia was born to the late Carl E. and N. Catherine (Scott) Barron on September 15, 1937 in Evansville, IN, the oldest of eleven children.

Patricia lived in Columbus, OH prior to moving to Orlando, FL in 1969. Patricia retired from Florida Hospital (Advent Health) after 20 years at the age of 80 from Patient Business. In her former years she was a “PIONEER WOMAN” in the field of Hospitality in Columbus managing lounges and property management for an Apartment community in Orlando.

Patricia was a devout Christian attending St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was involved as a Eucharistic Minister and in the Music Ministry. She had great love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her family and friends and her cat Bingo. She enjoyed singing, dancing, crafts and playing bingo. Family and friends knew her in a loving way as Patricia, Pat, Patty and Peppermint Patty!

Patricia is survived by her daughter Cynthia H. Edmonston (DJ), grandson Noah Edmonston (Jessica), all of Apopka, FL, four sisters; Mary A. Barron and Carole F. Morris, both of Evansville, IN, Catherine J. Anderson (Dave) of Bonne Terre, MO and Elizabeth J. Handley (Robert) of Lehigh Acres, FL, sister-in-law, Kari Barron of Francisco, IN, two brothers; Wayne E. Barron (Margaret) of Evansville, IN and Carl M. "Mick" Barron (Sandy) of Clearwater, FL and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to Patricia’s parents she was preceded in death by her sister Nola J. Hille and brothers Paul J., Robert J. and Daniel S. Barron.
