Patricia Ann Leaders, known to everyone as Patty, age 70 of Altamonte Springs; died at home peacefully with her husband and daughters by her side. Born in Wolfsboro, New Hampshire; Patty had a contagious personality and a strong passion for life. She loved boating, entertaining, time spent with her friends, and relaxing at her cabin in Tennessee. Patty had a rewarding career in the family refrigeration and construction business for 30 years, alongside her loving husband Skip.
She is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 daughter Melissa Jean Glennon. She is survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Her loving husband of 34 years, Skip Leaders of Altamonte Springs; 2 daughters Susan Ardillo (Todd) Sorrento, FL; Chanda Taylor (Rhett) Riceville, TN; 1 stepdaughter Colette Milicevic (Gary) LaBelle, FL; 7 grandchildren Corey Selph, Jessica Perez, USCG Michael Ardillo, Carl Willis, Mellody Ardillo, Emma Willis, Abby Taylor as well as many friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, January 20, 2019, 3pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd. Apopka, FL., where the family will be gathering and receiving friends beginning at 2pm. Following the Celebration of Life, the family will be holding a reception at the funeral home to share stories and memories of Patty. Donations can be made in memory of, Patty Leaders, to Wounded Warrior Project
