Phyllis Dianne Hall passed peacefully in hospice care at AdventHealth Orlando on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021. She was 87-years-old. Born and raised in Aruba, Phyllis moved to Winter Park to attend Rollins College. Known for her kindness, charity, and beauty, she was well-loved by her community, friends, and family. Her late husband, Dr. Charles C. Hall developed the 911 system in Orlando and was Chief-of-Staff at Florida Hospital in the 1970s (now AdventHealth Orlando). She is survived by her grandsons Charles F. Jones, Jr., Mark Taylor Jones, and her stepdaughters Sharyn Ferree and Brenda Wennerberg. A memorial will be held for immediate family and friends at a later date.
