Joyce, Phyllis Lee

- age 77 of Apopka, FL.; passed away October 19, 2026. She is the beloved wife of Joseph Richard Joyce; loving mother Jodi (Mark) Powalisz, & Bobi (Michael) Milne; proud grandmother of Dominique, Amber, & Grayson; sister of Glenn Carter, James Carter, & Cheri Green. She is also survived by her companion, Ruki.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 29th from 1-2pm at Highland Funeral Home, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka, FL.; where funeral services will be held beginning at 2pm. She will be laid to rest immediately following at Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka, FL.

Phyllis enjoyed gardening, sewing and crocheting blankets, as well as walking with her neighbor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harbor House of Central Florida, the American Breast Cancer Society, or The Wounded Warriors Project in Phyllis' name.
