Shipley; dearest mother of Jamie Shipley, & Randal Shipley; mother inlaw of Monique Shipley, & Leigh Ann Shipley; proud grandmother of Ella Shipley, & Zoe Shipley; sister of Shirley Wheeler, & Joan Hanks. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018, 9:30am at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd., Apopka FL. Ruth enjoyed her family and loved parties.
