Sharon Deveka Sahadeo, known as "Devi" was born on April 9, 1969 to Phulmatie Bissessar and the late Ramdular Sahadeo in Georgetown, Guyana.
Devi received her education in her home roots of Guyana. She had a very strong passion for God and her family. Devi mostly had a profound faith in the word of God; her favorite words was "trouble don't last always" and "this too shall pass" and "what can we do other than believe".
Devi was a food inspector packer at Utz Snacks. She really enjoyed her workplace; along with many other abroad things she really enjoyed cooking, traveling, and football, and most of all, family fellowships.
On September 21, 2022, Devi was called home from her earthly duties and she took her wings from God to receive her heavenly rewards; where he states in John 14:1-2:
Let not your heart be troubled:
Ye believe in God,
believe also in me,
in my Father's house there are many mansions,
if it was not so,
I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you.
Ramdular Sahadeo preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving mother Phulmatie Bissessar (Florida), loving sister Deon Sahadeo (Guyana), amazing brother Andree V. Sahadeo (Florida), a loving companion Walter Beam (North Carolina), and a brilliant God-daughter Savannah Phinx, and a lifetime of memories with her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins all over the world; both near and far.
Family and friends, for we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved; we have a building of God; and a house not made with hands; and eternal in the heavens; 2 Corinthians 5:1.
