William Herman Ruf entered heaven on August 1, 2022 at the age of 85. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to Herman and Mina Ruf. He will be greatly missed by his two daughters, Teri Kincaid and Kimberly Oswald; his son-in-law, David Kincaid; his grandchildren, Nicole Love and Megan Eaton; and his great-grandchildren, Claire and Jack Eaton. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Highland Memorial Gardens on State Road 436 on August 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
