Anthony Asio West, a resident of Casselberry, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on March 9, 2022, at the age of 39, while surrounded by his Mother, Brother, and Uncle.

Anthony is survived by his mother, Maureen Simmons, Brother Jamie Levitan, and Wife Mariela Levitan, Uncle Darien and Wife Marie of Florida, his Father Karl of Connecticut, Aunt Debby of Bloomfield, Uncle Alfred of Bloomfield, Uncle Maurice of Bloomfield, Uncle Dede of New Britain, Aunt Patricia of California, Aunt Sheila of Windsor, Connecticut, Niece Yariela of Winter Springs, Florida, Brother Michael Wade of Bloomfield, Connecticut, Brother Juan of California, Special cousin Mia, Aunt Boe from Connecticut, Cousin Martha and many other cousins, family, and friends.

Anthony was born in New Britain, Connecticut, on September 29, 1982, to Maureen Simmons. His passion was to work with people with mental health disabilities, with his most recent occupation being a residential counselor for people with special needs.

Anthony enjoyed camping, the beach, solving other people's problems, spending time with family and friends. He had a strong love for animals, especially dogs. What soothed him the most were candles, the sound of rain and thunder. He also had the utmost respect for his elders.

His family will incredibly miss him, and he will never know his impact on everybody's life. Our hearts will cry forever and will someday see him again.
