Donald Houchins

Donald Gail Houchins passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 8, 2021. He was born in Peterburg Virginia on May 26, 1951. After returning home from the Army he moved to Orlando Florida at which time he became a cook. He loved to cook. He loved his Nascar, gardening and taking care of his cats.

Donnie will be sadly missed by his wife of 30 years Judy May.

He is preceded in death by his Mother Almetta Loraine Wray Houchins. His is survived by his dad John (Monie) Houchins (Terri) his childen Tracy Brunner and Donald Houchins II of Petersburg , his stepchildren Michele Pitri, Melinda Chadwick and Christina Beam. His brother William (Billy) Houchins (Judy) and his sister Nancy Turner. He has many grandchildren, nieces, nephews , cousins and aunts and uncles.

Donnie's service will be held On May 22 at 10:00 am. There will be a graveside service in Petersburg Virginia on May 26 1:00 pm at which time he will be laid to rest with his mom.
