Michael V. Casey, 63, was a loving son, brother, fiance and friend. Michael was born on January 30, 1959 in Queens, NY, to Vincent and Bertha Casey. He lived a loving, full life and went to his heavenly home on June 16, 2022.
Michael graduated from Hauppauge High School in 1977 and attended Farmingdale Community College. In 1979 he moved to Apopka, Florida with his parents and his sisters. Michael was an amazing auto mechanic, and could repair anything. He was also awesome at home restoration. He loved to cook and spend time with his friends. He had a unique sense of humor that was a welcome source of entertainment for all that knew him, but perhaps what he will be most remembered for is his role as defender and protector of all those he loved.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Bertha, and his older brother, Tommy. He is survived by his fiance, Dawn Tenney of Longwood, Florida; sister Kathleen Hall of Casselberry, Florida; sister Maureen Larson and her husband, Paige of Casselberry, Florida; sister Patricia Gilland and her husband Jeff of Boston, Kentucky; and his seven nephews, Sean Larson; Eric Larson; Brian Larson; Christopher Kearney; Timothy Hall; Colin Hall; and Jacob Gilland. He is also survived by 3 great nieces, Mackenzie Gilland; Jessa Gilland and Abby Gilland, and a great nephew, David Kearney.
He will be interred at Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka Florida.
