Sharon Bewig

Sharon Ann Bewig, born on May 7, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri to Kenneth and Mary Bewig, lived a joyous, loving and fulfilled 68 years, culminated by her heavenly entry on May 9, 2022. Sharon graduated from St. Charles (Missouri) High School in 1972. In 1978, Sharon met and married Jim Anderson. Their 44-year relationship saw them raise three children, Angela, Adam and Jamee. Sharon's family moved to Orlando, Florida in 1985 and has resided in the area for 37 years.
During her lifetime, Sharon was a loving and caring daughter, sister, and wife, a loving and nurturing mother and grandmother. Beloved for her humor - especially her unique brand of sarcastic humor - Sharon loved to smile and bring laughter and happiness to all those in her company. A gourmet quality chef, Sharon provided the culinary expertise that made every party or family get-together a delightful experience. Family gatherings, holidays, and associated festivities were specialties that Sharon so loved, and she excelled and reveled in the design, planning and carrying out of these activities.
Sharon raised her family on time-honored philosophies, always firm and somewhat strict, but unfailingly fair and supportive. She taught the virtues of hard work, respect, and the acceptance of responsibility. As reward for the teaching of these principles, Sharon enjoyed intense pride in the adults her children had grown to be.
Sharon is survived by her three children, Angela Anderson of Longwood, Florida, Adam (LeAnna) Anderson of Orlando, Florida and Jamee (Deane) Minnetto of Oviedo, Florida, her partner of 44 years Jim Anderson of Casselberry, Florida, brother Michael Bewig of Warrenton, Missouri, and sister Judy (Tony) Giljum of Peoria, Arizona. Sharon's children blessed her with the gift of seven grandchildren of whom she was exceedingly proud (Sydni, Kacey, Austin, Julian, Ryan, Aria, and Emma). Sharon was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Mary Bewig, and her brother Frank Bewig.
