June Cleworth

Thursday, September 15, 2022, June Margaret Cleworth, loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother went to be with our Lord at the age of 96.
June was born June 1,1926 in Landisville, PA. She was one of three daughters born to Edna and Frank Strobel. In November of 1951, she married Earl William Cleworth, a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army, and together they had three Daughters, and Earl's two Sons.
June was a devoted Mother and Wife. Aside from raising her family, she loved the water. Boating was her passion and she spent most of her adult life exploring the ocean and waterways of the west coast where she and Earl lived in their retirement years. She loved music, the sounds of the Big Band Era, and she could dance a mean "Jitter Bug". Those that knew June, knew her for her loving compassion and her tender heart. She will be Greatly missed.
June is Survived by her three daughters, Sabra (Greg), Cheri (Chuck), and Beckie (Rick) as well as son, Roger and nephew, Mike. Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
