Victor Clark was born April 11, 1928 in Midwest, Wyoming and joined the U.S. Navy at 18. He met his future wife, Louise, while stationed in NY. They were married 65 years, had two children and were residents of Winter Park. Victor retired after 23 years as a meteorologist and spent his remaining years volunteering. He was Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop #64 and a member of various Boards in the Boy Scouts. He was also very active in the Bahia Shrine. He is a past Commander of the Legion of Honor, served as the Bahia Blood Bank Chairman for 33 years and received many awards and recognitions for his numerous years of service. Victor and Louise enjoyed over 100 cruises together and loved to dance. Survived by his devoted children: son Victor and wife Ginger and daughter Coral and life partner Dot. The funeral will be held at the Carey-Hand Funeral Home in Winter Park on Thursday, Oct 25th at 11 AM. A visitation will be held prior from 10-11am.
